Things DSA needs to do IF a new DSA member arises

• add new DSA member to LDAP group "cn=LDAP Administrator,ou=users,dc=debian,dc=org"
• add "supplementaryGid: adm" to new DSA member's uid
• add new DSA member to @dsa group of gitolite-admin/conf/gitolite.conf
• add new DSA member to debian-admin@lists via /var/list/debian-admin/dist on lists.d.o
• add new DSA member to dsa@
• enable new DSA member's account as full account in RT
• set new password for RT account of new DSA member
• add name and fingerprint of GPG key of new DSA member to dsa-password/.users
• add name of new DSA member to @dsa group in dsa-password/.users
• reencrypt all dsa-password files!
• add new DSA member to the "dsa-team" group on salsa
• add new DSA member to RIR contacts - DSAT1-RIPE (RIPE) and SIPI-2 (ARIN)
• add new DSA member to @dsa OFTC IRC group
• tell them about the tips for DSA members
• ask the DPL to update the team delegation
